Hello friends! If you regularly watch my YouTube channel, you are probably aware I’ve been experiencing some recording issues. As a result, I lost some footage that I thought was recording just fine. Turns out, it was a software issue and not a camera problem. I’ve been doing a lot of testing with videos lately and it seems to be okay. I also have a back up recording device now. Just in case. I decided to do the ultimate test by recording a 6×6 video. Over 5 hours of footage. I’m happy to share that everything recorded! Yay!
I chose to use the gorgeous Songbird Fields collection from LDRS Creative. I love making fall cards and this collection caught my eye last year when I purchased it. With so many pretty designs, I kept the cards on the simpler side. I didn’t want to hide the lovely pattern papers.
I used my 6×6 Paper Pad Tutorial and one paper pad to make 39 cards.
Here is the cardstock I pulled before starting on the 6×6 paper pad. I always pull out way more cardstock than I ever use. I list the brands and colors if I have the information. Some of my cardstock has been in my craft room for many, many years.
In addition to using the 6×6 paper pad, I also used 12 sheets of 8 1/2″ x 11″ and 11 sheets of 12″ x 12″ solid colored cardstock.

Here are close up pictures of the cards I made, including sketches and measurements. All my cards are American standard A2 size. For sketches that don’t include measurements, I simply figure the measurements out on my own, for what works for me. Go HERE to see my video explaining how I determine card sketch measurements.
