Hello friends! One of my favorite MFT dies was retired a couple years ago. It was their amazing Quilt Die. So sad since I love using that die in my videos. But MFT just announced they have restocked their Quilt Square Cover Up die! Yay! If you were wanting one, I wouldn’t wait. MFT tends to retire their products fairly quickly.
I decided to record a quick video showing my favorite ways to use the die. It’s perfect for finishing off the last pattern paper scraps.

For the first few cards, I select 3 pattern papers and simply switched around the different patterns for each card. I decided to keep my cards flat and added only a sentiment and a few Love From Lizi peel offs.

I have been searching for this die since I first saw how you had used it! I even contacted MFT and when they said it was discontinued I was so disappointed!! I kept hoping I would be able to find it “used” somewhere! You don’t know how excited I am that it’s come back from out of the vault!! It’s ordered now. Yay! I am so glad you were able to get the quilt die. I was sad when MFT retired it a couple years ago. I’ve had a ton of people asking me about it. So when I saw MFT was bringing it out of the vault, I quickly recorded a video so everyone that wanted the die could order it. Happy crafting! I hope you love the die as much as I do. 🙂
I love this die!! Purchased it after watching one of your videos. I regret not also getting the other die they used to have. It’s a bit time consuming cutting all the parts, but the results are so beautiful. I haven’t seen you use this one in quite a while and hope that we consider bringing it back to your 6×6 videos because the cards are just so beautiful :).

I’ve had a ton of people ask about the quilt die. So when I saw MFT was bringing it out of the vault, I quickly recorded a video to let everyone know. Lots of happy people! There’s another favorite die I hope MFT will bring back. I had to stop using it in my videos since everyone wanted one.

Yes! The die I would love to see return is their Diagonal Stitched Companion cover up. It is awesome and perfect for a quick card.
