Hello friends! Happy Spring to you! I hope the weather is being kind to you. It’s been all over the place where I live, but overall feeling more like spring.
My only card goals this year is to stay ahead on my cards going to the retirement home residents. I’m finished with Easter and Mother’s Day cards, so next on the list is Father’s Day cards. Love From Lizi recently sent me their Vintage Escapes paper pack. Lizi thought I would enjoy the more masculine colors in the collection. I decided to use only general sentiments so the cards can be used as Father’s Day cards. I don’t have any Love From Lizi Father’s Day sentiments, but Hello works just fine.
I will stamp Happy Father’s Day on the inside using a different company’s stamp and also add a handwritten message. I will need 50 Father’s Day cards this year. (Actually, 51 cards. One for my father.)
I made 14 cards using Love From Lizi’s Vintage Escapes 8×8 paper collection.
Here are close up pictures of the cards I made, including sketches and measurements. All my cards are American standard A2 size. For sketches that don’t include measurements, I simply figure the measurements out on my own, for what works for me. Go HERE to see my video explaining how I determine card sketch measurements.
