Hello friends! It was time to turn another paper pad in to a set of cards. I decided to use Doodlebug Design’s Christmas release from last year called Let it Snow. Doodlebug never disappoints with their adorable collections. I love the cheerful colors and sweet images. Lots of penguins, polar bears and snowmen this time.

I bought a ton of fun goodies from this collection and didn’t even make much of a dent in the die cut packs. Good thing I bought a couple 6×6 paper pads. Lol! I’ll admit I have a Doodlebug problem and I’m okay with it. I donate a lot of my Doodlebug cards to the retirement home residents since the cute images make them smile.

I used my 6×6 Paper Pad Tutorial and one paper pad to make 35 cards.

Here is the cardstock I pulled before starting on the 6×6 paper pad. I always pull out way more cardstock than I ever use. I list the brands and colors if I have the information. Some of my cardstock has been in my craft room for many, many years.

In addition to using the 6×6 paper pad, I also used 17 sheets of  8 1/2″ x 11″ and 6 sheets of  12″ x 12″ solid colored cardstock.

Cardstock colors –
Pink – Recollections
Kisses – Bazzill
Emerald City – Bazzill
Pomegrante – Bazzill
Mediterranean – Darice
Artesian Pool – Bazzill
Black – Recollections
White shimmer – Amazon

I still have a bunch of the mini tag and sentiment cut aparts. I’ll be adding them to my Scrap Box of the Year and hopefully they will make it onto a card next year.

Here are close up pictures of the cards I made, including sketches and measurements. All my cards are American standard A2 size. For sketches that don’t include measurements, I simply figure the measurements out on my own, for what works for me. Go HERE to see my video explaining how I determine card sketch measurements. All cards are made using Doodlebug Design’s Let it Snow 6×6 paper pad.
