Catherine Pooler | Potted | 34 cards from one 6×6 paper pad
Hello friends! It was time for me to turn another 6×6 paper pad into a set of cards. I used the beautiful Potted collection by Catherine Pooler. I love the plant themed paper pad! Even with the little bit of pink, I think it works well for masculine or feminine cards. Since I will be donating most of the cards to a local charity, I focused on general sentiments. I did use thin foam dimension for some cards, but avoided any bulky bling. That way the charity won’t have to pay additional postage to mail the cards.
Here is the cardstock I pulled before starting on the 6×6 paper pad. I always pull out way more cardstock than I ever use. I list the brands and colors if I have the information. Some of my cardstock has been in my craft room for many, many years.
In addition to using the 6×6 paper pad, I also used 8 sheets of 8 1/2″ x 11″ and 12 sheets of 12″ x 12″ solid colored cardstock.
Here are close up pictures of the cards I made, including sketches and measurements. All my cards are American standard A2 size. For sketches that don’t include measurements, I simply figure the measurements out on my own, for what works for me. Go HERE to see my video explaining how I determine card sketch measurements. All cards are made using Catherine Pooler’s Potted 6×6 paper pad.

A bright and cheerful set of cards, Kristie. I like color palette a lot. I’m sure they will be a hit! Thanks so much for sharing! Can’t go wrong with a 6×6!
Pretty paper–great colors and how convenient to have the matching ink colors provided?! My favorite cards are the ones with the multi-cactus images, MFT 582 with the die cut cacti and the giant Hello and the butterflies! Always fun to see a 6 x 6 disappear. TFS!
