Hello friends! I’m so excited to be guest designing for Whimsy Stamps using one of their paper pads along with several stamp and die sets. I chose their Festive Desert collection because I love all the cactus images, colors and fun designs.
I used my 6×6 Paper Pad Tutorial and one paper pad to make 36 cards.
Because it takes many hours to turn a paper pad into cards, this video has been sped up 6 times. The real time recording was around 6 hours, not including any of my planning, prep, or die cutting time. Watch the video below or click HERE to see it on YouTube.
Here is the cardstock I first pulled before starting on the cards. I always pull out way more cardstock than I ever use. I list the brands and colors if I have the information. Some of my cardstock has been in my craft room for many, many years.
In addition to using the 6×6 paper pad, I also used 10 sheets of 8 1/2″ x 11″ and 15 sheets of 12″ x 12″ solid colored cardstock.

Here are close up pictures of the cards I made, including sketches and measurements. For sketches that don’t include measurements, I simply figure the measurements out on my own, for what works for me. I also included some sketches by Queen & Company that were designed to work with their Foundation die sets. Most of my cards are A2 size. I did make a couple slimline cards this time, just for fun.
