Tulip Card Series | Paper Rose Tulip Border

Hello friends! It’s time for Video Two of my Tulip Card Series. This time I used Paper Rose Studio’s fun Tulip Border 2 die set. I picked it up last year and finally got around to using it. I think it looks so pretty against the colorful background.

For the background of my cards, I used some pretty and colorful patterned paper from Paper Rose Studio’s Rainbow Twirl collection.

I cut out the tulip border die cut from white shimmer cardstock.
