I decided to keep my final Halloween card fairly flat since I’ll be mailing it. Even though I added several layers of matted circles, the card doesn’t have any extra bulk that would require extra postage. I didn’t have any brads that coordinated with the card colors, so I simply punched out 1/8″ circles in matching cardstock. I then added Glossy Accents to the small circles to give them the look of brads.
