Hello friends! Are you still making Christmas cards or have you switched to winter or other cards themes? I think I will still make a few more Christmas cards, but I like to bounce around between card themes. Today’s cards are both winter cards, but you could easily turn them into Christmas cards.
I used Scrapbook.com’s Fancy Fir Tree die set and created a fun wintery scene.
I do have a process video for this card, but it’s up on Scrapbook.com’s channel.
Watch the video below or click HERE to see it on YouTube.
For the background of my cards, I ink blended on Scrapbook.com’s Mixed Media cardstock. For a fun sparkly detail, I used the Geometric Snowflake stencil and Frostbite Astro Paste.
I added a cloud border and also a sparkly snowy hill. Both dies are from the Decorative Edges border die set.
Both cards feature the Fancy Fir Tree and I used the Faux Finish patterned paper for the trees. One in green and one in a pinkish red color.
The sentiment is part of Scrapbook.com’s Let It Snow die set. You could simply switch it to a Christmas sentiment if you don’t need Winter cards.
