Hello friends! I have a cheerful birthday card to share today. I used some new and older products from Scrapbook.com.
They just released their Nested Wavy shape dies and they are so much fun! You can never have too many shape die sets. I used 2 of the Nested Wavy Rectangle dies to create the frame for my card. The card design is very simple, but I think it’s so cheerful!
The patterned paper is from the Birthday collection. The pink and teal colors in the collection are my favorite so I used the solid patterned paper in those colors for the balloons and tassels. I added the fun birthday sentiments on each balloon. The stamp are from Scrapbook.com’s Happy Birthday stamp set and I cut them out with the coordinating dies.
For a bit of sparkle, I used holographic mirror paper for the balloon strings and also the background layer of my card. It’s hard to see in the pictures, but I also use white glossy cardstock for the highlights on the balloons.
