Hello friends! Scrapbook.com just released some fun die sets that are perfect for birthday cards. I used 2 of the new die sets, Party Fans and Birthday Tassel Banners along with their Fresh Duo smooth cardstock.

Instead of using patterned paper, I created the fun polka dot design with rub-ons and cardstock.
The new Duo paper pads are great if you need several coordinating colors. One paper pad includes 16 colors. I used the Fresh Duo collection, but there is also a Festive Duo collection available.
For a little extra sparkle, I used the clear glitter brush marker in the center of the Party Fan die cuts.
