Hello friends! Happy Memorial Day weekend! Now is the time to remember those that gave the ultimate sacrifice so we could enjoy our freedoms today. I am so grateful for all that have and are still serving our amazing country.
I love using patriotic colors for my cards. When I saw the new Big Celebration Cupcake die set from Pretty Pink Posh, I couldn’t resist making a patriotic cupcake. I love the cute little sunglasses image that’s included on the set!
I’ll be giving this card to a retirement home to celebrate Independence Day this July. I think the card will bring a smile to the residents.
I used Echo Park’s Stars and Stripes Forever paper collection for my card. It’s a new collection released this year. I always make sure to have plenty of patriotic paper on hand. It works great for Independence Day and Veteran’s Day cards.
