It’s time for another sketch over on the OWH Stars & Stamps blog. This is the first card from the new 6×6 paper pad I’ve started. I figured it was time to make a few more kids cards and this Doodlebug paper is perfect for boys.

paper – Doodlebug – Boys Only

stamp – Lawn Fawn

twine – We R Memory Keepers

oval die cuts – Spellbinders

  • Kristie, This is great. I love the papers and the colors also. The twine matches the blue guitars perfectly and I also like the way they are tied. Super nice card.

  • You always do such a great job matching your 6×6 papers. This one is a great kid card with those guitars and sentiment. I like how you used twine instead of ribbon.

  • Great take on the sketch! Love this paper– I think I might have some in my stash! Must go look 🙂 Thanks for the inspiration!

  • Those papers are so cool, they really do rock together! I love the little guitars and music notes! Great teen card and a great take on the sketch!

  • Kristie – Everything about this card is "COOL" ! The colors are not ones I would normally be drawn to, but you really utilized the patterns and colors in an attractive way. Love the gray music notes on the horizontal piece!
