For this week’s Operation Write Home card sketch, I made a card that’s not my usual style. It’s not an exact match of the original sketch, but it was the inspiration for my card. I started by flipping the sketch on it’s side, then decided to build a scene using some fun die cuts and an embossing folder.

sketch – http://operationwritehome.org/sketch-challenge-180/

paper – Echo Park – Sweet Girl

die cuts – Lil Inker Designs

embossing folder – Stampin Up

stamp – Stampendous

twine – Doodlebug

Versafine ink

Thanks for visiting my blog today!

  • Fabulous card! Love the scene you created and the cloud embossing folder. I was just thinking that besides viewing of my cards as cakes that need to be decorated, they can be dioramas too!
