This week’s OWH sketch challenge is actually based on a card I made back in April. I had used a Sketch Saturday square sketch and modified it into an A2 size. I find lots of fun square sketches on different sketch sites. But since I rarely make square cards, I just change it up to work for me. Here’s my original card.
And here’s OWH sketch #178.
I made a bright and cheery love card today using this same sketch. Isn’t it a fun one?

this is a fun card … love the patterned paper you used
Hi Kristie! Both cards are fabulous – love this week's sketch. Always a treat to see all the little details added to your cards. (Love the heart cutout die.)
Both cards are wonderful! Awesome that your card is the sketch inspiration! The miss you card is so crisp and clean! Your second card is so uplifting! Great colors! I plan on using this sketch a lot! TFS
I like the way you changedbthe sketch and put the banner on top! Very nice.
Thanks for providing such a great sketch! It's wonderful, but since I'm all about bright colors, the second makes me happy! And I know it's going to make the recipient happy, as well! I also love the font on the sentiment!!
Thanks for a great sketch! Love how you layered the horizontal panel on your second card, adds so much interest. And I love the yellow and red color combination!!
Both cards are terrific. Love the bright cheery colors on your second card and the patriotic colors of your first card. Great job, thanks for the inspiration.
Wonderful cards, both are cheerful and uplifting!
I really like both, kristie, but the second one just rocks my socks. LOVE those bright, cheery colors and I'm a sucker for Kim's cool handwritten sentiments. 🙂
