Happy first day of Fall! This is definitely my favorite time of year. The cooler weather means it’s time for hot chai tea, soups and stews in the crockpot, sweaters and comfy blankets. And not to mention the beautiful colorful leaves. So to celebrate the start of the season, I made a fall card for the OWH Midmonth Throwdown challenge of Fall Colors.

sketch – My Favorite Things sketch #193

paper – Authentique – Thankful

stamp – Hero Arts

leaf die cuts – Lawn Fawn

circle die cuts – Spellbinders

twine – unknown

Versafine ink

Thanks for visiting my blog today!

  • Kristie, it's so nice to see you playing along with us again at Cards in Envy! You did a wonderful job with the warm colors of this fall card. I really like how you used the twine to ground the sentiment banner.

  • Hi Kristie ~ It was fun to see your card in the Cards in Envy Challenge! Beautiful layout with warm coloring. I like the frayed look of the tied off twine 🙂
