Hello and welcome to OWH’s Animal Pun Blog Skip! Today is the launch of some adorable new fundraiser stamp sets from Stamper’s Best. To help celebrate the release, these new sets are on a special for buy-two-get-one-free. Go HERE to purchase the stamps. There are lots of talented crafters participating in the skip today and I am so honored to be a part of it. Since it’s my first ever blog skip, I’ve got some fun blog candy at the end of this post.

  • you have made the cutest cards with these fun stamps! I so love the puffin set… it gives me the giggles – probably because I'm married to one! tee hee!

  • Love all your cards – they are adorable but I especially like the turtle card. It looks more "masculine" to me and those are the cards I find it difficult to come up with. Thank you for the great inspiration!

  • You really made these stamps shine even more thanks to your paper and designs. The minnow is perfect with all of those air bubbles, the puffin looks so regal with those fine white dots on the red pop & that gorgeous bow, and the turtle is definately awesome with those muted greens and browns that would probably be seen on his shell. I really love how you put the twine over the ribbon for an extra special touch. I'm sure I'll have to use this idea in the future. grandma_lee_t AT yahoo DOT com

  • So cute….. I love the fish, reminds me of the movie "The Incredible Mr. Limpet"!

  • What fun stamps and cute cards. On the first one, love your color choices, the bubble theme that's carried from the textured background to the paper you chose, and the clever use of that new Paper Smooches die! 2nd one so cute with the dots and stripes – love your paper choices, layout, the flags and the heart cutout behind the puffin. And the 2nd one would make a really fun masculine card with the subtle color choices and twine. Thank you for your support of OWH and for sharing these neat cards. aundria at yahoo dot com

  • What a cute set of cards! I love your paper selections — especially the pairing of the dp and embossing on the first card. TFS — and thanks for the chance to win some blog candy!

  • Hi Kristie, love your cards! Great job with the paper piecing, I too am inspired to try that technique more often.

  • The Puffin so cute! I love the bow tie such a vibrant color. I do not color that much , so I am right there with you on that!

  • I really like how you paper pieced them rather than coloring them in! I can't decided if the Puffin or the Turtle are my favorite. Like the polka dot bow tie and the 3 ribbon flags on the Puffin and just like the overall look of the Turtle card. Thanks for the chance at some lovely calorie free candy!

  • Totally awesome cards Kristie! Love all the circles in your papers for the fish, reminds me of a fish tank aerator. Love how the puffin just pops out from the red dotted paper, and love the paper piecing of the turtle. Congratulations on your first Blog Skip… you've done a terrific job!

  • Very punny set of cards! Love how you showed how they can be used without copics skills. Thanks for sharing, and a chance to win.

  • You've done a super job of showing how these stamps can be used for kids as well as adults! (Well, maybe not the stud puffin – I'd think of that as being more adult.) Great job with the paper piecing. I like the color schemes on all three cards, too. Give yourself a well-deserved pat on the back for making this trio of cards for your first blog skip! 🙂
