This week’s OWH Midweek Throwdown challenge is So Sentimental. We are to use a sentiment as the focal point on our card. This is pretty simple for me since I mostly use sentiments, rather than images as my focal point.
paper – My Mind’s Eye – Blink of an Eye
stamp – Stamps of Life
ribbon – May Arts
die cuts – Spellbinders
Versafine ink
I also participated in this week’s Flutter by Wednesday challenge. It is to use buttons on our card, along with either a fairy or butterfly.

Two nice sketches and great cards Kristie. I particularly like the second one with all the warm colors and the cool blue flag element.
Two great card for these two challenges. I love the papers and the die used in your first card. The buttons and butterflies are great additions in your second card. Both sentiments are very nice.
Echoing Donna, what great cards and how cool to tie them into two challenges. (I sort of did that, but mine are all OWH ones.) I LOVE the bright colored papers and wonder how on earth I missed them, and I love those sentiments. I always seem to follow Donna, so I should just go along and say "ditto," to everything she writes, but I also really like those buttons!
I really like the design of your second card – thanks for playing with us at Flutter By Wednesdays!
Fabulous cards!! Always happy to see you play along with my Flutter By Wednesday Challenge!
I love the button punch on your second card! The sentiments and paper on both are fantastic. Very pretty cards.
Great cards – I love the happy colors. Two challenges too? Good job!!
Wow, these are fabulous, what a treat and I always love seeing your cards =)
Thanks for playing in our Operation Write Home Midweek Throwdown challenge!
Wow! These beautiful cards are so colorful with bold, straight-forward sentiments. Very nice job 😉
I love how the circles on your first card remind me of the shape of the world, matching your sentiment. The colors are a great choice as well.
