Hello friends! I hope everyone is well and staying safe. The world sure has changed over the past couple months. My whole family is home right now. I’ll keep crafting and making videos, but voiceover does get challenging with everyone in the house since my craft room doesn’t have a door. I’m also trying to focus on using up products I already own. Many of our favorite craft stores are on Lock Down and can’t ship out orders. When they are back up and running, I will make sure to start supporting them again.
I recently tried Mojo Monday’s 6×6 Two Sheet Wonder Challenge. It was so fun, I decided to use it again. This time I pulled out some older Doodlebug papers and Lawn Fawn images that I colored years ago. Using just 2 sheets of pattern paper, and cardstock, I made 3 cards.

Are the measurements on the sketches for the mats? Which would mean the top layer is 1/8th" or 1/4th" smaller. I noticed you mat all of your layers. Is it more for postage due to the weight?

It's been a while. I've been avidly watching but haven't been commenting much lately, so apologies for that. You know I always love your video's but this one was exceptionally brilliant, especially at the moment. I'm having a limited spend year so trying to use what I have and I have a lot of papers which I would like to at least use some of. This couldn't have come at a better time and I'm definitely going to have a go. I've also subscribed to Mojo Monday's blog.

On a self spending-freeze as we're in the middle of moving to an apartment while new home is being built. So all our funds are going towards the move. Good news is that I have new ideas on how to use my current supply of solid card-stock and paper pads. It is so liberating to be able to use one paper-pad to create a stack of cards. Those card sketches are a life-saver when my brain is stumped. So fun to dig out a partial paper-pad to see how many cards I can make – made 13 cards with the scrapes of one pad. Keep up the good work.
Hope you don't mind my replying. The sizes are for the card elements and then you add a quarter inch to both measurements for the matting layer.
I find that matting doesn't add much to the weight of my cards. Happy Crafting.
