I just placed an order and checked the time in the UK which said it was May 4th 10pm so was in the sale date and time range and ordered 20 peel offs and I was charged for shipping. I would love to try their products and kits but the shipping is too much. Have emailed them to cancel my order and hope they will. Most sites wait to finalize transaction after you go to paypal but this one didn't and now I have paid for the shipping. UGH!!!
Just did a test and realized you need to use the link with the picture with the peacock feather. If you use just the link to the peel offs it doesn't work. Am very much hoping they will refund my shipping!
The sale is still on. It doesn't end until Monday at midnight GMT. Did you have anything else in your cart? The free shipping is only for peel offs. Also, the peel off bundles are considered one item not 4. Love From Lizi has wonderful customer service and I'm sure they will be able to help you out. But it may be a few days since it's the weekend and Monday is a holiday in the UK.
