Hello friends! I’m still making Christmas cards. This time I used the Love From Lizi Noel Mega Pack. This kit includes 32 sheets of 8×8 traditional style Christmas pattern paper, 3 sheets of pearlescent cardstock, and 6 Christmas sentiment steel dies. There is a reason it is called a Mega Pack. There is plenty of paper to make A LOT of Christmas cards!
I used my 6×6 Paper Pad Tutorial (it even works with 8×8 paper) and one card kit to make 68 cards.
Because it takes many hours to use 32 sheets of 8×8 pattern paper, this video has been sped up 7 times. The real time recording was around 8 hours, not including any of my planning, prep, or die cutting time. Watch the video below or click HERE to see it on YouTube.
In addition to the kit contents, I also used 19 sheets of 8 1/2″ x 11″ and 24 sheets of 12″ x 12″ solid colored cardstock.

Most products used are from the Noel Mega Pack. I did include some additional cardstock, ink, dies, and a few other items from my craft stash. But I really tried to focus on the kit contents. That way everyone can see you don’t really need a lot of other supplies to make beautiful cards.
Here are close up pictures of the cards I made, including sketches and measurements. For all sketches, I simply figure the measurements out on my own, for what works for me. Thank you, Jennifer! It was a huge challenge for me. I'm used to 24 sheet 6×6 paper pads. Not 32 sheets of 8×8 paper. I was actually struggling trying to make the cards with all the papers in my small work space. But I still had fun and plan on using more Love From Lizi mega packs in the future.
It is so upsetting not to be able to get the paper here in Canada. 🙁 I love the variety and how soft the the paper id in most of Liz's paper packs.
I will try this by using a 6X6 as well as some single 12X12 that I had bought of the same paper. Even if I don't get 32 cards, I should get most.

I know it's hard not being able to purchase all the same craft supplies. This paper line isn't available in the US either. I'm grateful for companies like Love From Lizi that give us the option to order. International shipping prices are never fun though.
You can definitely still use the sketches with other paper collections. I'm sure you will make some lovely cards. 🙂
