Hello friends! I had so much fun making cards with the Love From Lizi December Card Kit. It’s called Flutterby and it is a beautiful floral/butterfly themed kit. I love all the soft pinks and purples.
Go HERE to see my unboxing video where I show everything that is included in the kit.
With the Christmas holiday right around the corner, I decided to use up all the pattern paper in just one video. There is A LOT of paper in this kit, so it was easy to make quite a few cards.
I made 44 cards using Love From Lizi’s December 2018 Card Kit.
Watch the video below or click HERE to see it on YouTube.
Most products used are from the December Card kit and Love From Lizi December Add Ons. I did include some additional cardstock, ink, dies, and a few other items from my craft stash.
Here are close up pictures of the cards I made, including sketches and measurements. For all sketches, I simply figure the measurements out on my own, for what works for me. All of my cards are A2 size. Go HERE to see my video explaining how I determine card sketch measurements. All cards are made using the Love From Lizi December Card Kit.

Amazing! I absolutely LOVE these beautiful cards! I am so happy you found a pink heat gun! (is this a case of reverse enabling? ha ha) And a pack with purple paper? Yea for the rare find! I am not a huge fan of butterflies in general, but I think you may have changed my mind with this video (your fussy cutting is fabulous). I agree that the "Beautiful Day" sentiment" is really special. Thank you for the tips on handling the specialty papers. I love your layers, but I have seen your un-layered ones and they are great as well. Thank you–I'm heading over to Lizi's shop now to order my kit.
Thank you! I really enjoyed using this beautiful kit. 🙂
Thank you, Jennifer! Yes, it was completely your fault that I NEEDED a pink heat gun. Lol!
The colors are beautiful in this kit. Enough pink to balance out all the purple. (Although, the LFL Papillon Mega Pack that I'll be starting soon has a ton of purple.)
The stamp set is awesome. I just love the bold sentiments. I had to remind myself to use some of the butterfly stamps.
I hope you get a kit, if you are wanting one. Lizi said there aren't very many left. Have a great day! 🙂
Wow!!! These cards are so beautiful, Kristie. The color palette is just so elegant. I love butterflies so you can't go wrong there. Lots of new sketches were used, too, it looks like. I can't wait to be able to watch the video and see how these beauties came to life. Thank you so much for sharing. 🙂
Kristie, I usually just watch your videos but i have recently purchased the tape runner that you use. I remember hearing you say you purchase an off brand by the case… could you possibly share where I could find that?
Thanks!
Thank you, Jeanne! Even though it wasn't pink, I did enjoy the lovely papers. And after making so many Christmas cards this year, the butterflies were a nice change. 🙂
Hi Jodi! I hope you enjoy using the ATG tape. You will save so much money on refills since one rolls holds a lot of tape. I purchase my refills from Tape Jungle online. I buy a full case, 144 rolls, when it's on sale. It usually costs me less than a dollar a roll when it's on sale. I actually prefer the generic tape over the brand name. 🙂
Thank you so much!
Kristie, I can watch these over and over as I make my cards. I love you videos…but you already know that lol
Thanks, Sherry! You are always so sweet! Have a lovely day! 🙂
