I’m using OWH sketch #255 for my entry in the June ODBD card challenge. The theme is to make a Missing You card. Since this is one of the most requested themes by our heroes, I try to include quite a few Miss You cards in all my boxes to Operation Write Home.
Although I’m not a fan of coloring, I’ve really been enjoying painting with watercolors. But I don’t own very many stamp images for painting, so I may need to do a little shopping. I totally blame my friend, Sandy, for all the enabling.
sketch – OWH #255
paper – Carta Bella – Hello Again
stamp – Hero Arts
sentiment stamp – Technique Tuesday
watercolor paints – Kuretake
watercolor paper – Tim Holtz
flower die cut – The Stamps of Life
epoxy sticker – Recollections
ink – Versafine and Ranger
Thanks for visiting my blog today!
Yay! You colored a little person! So cute and great job on the watercoloring. Love the Carta Bella papers and the white borders.
Fabulous as always. Love it.
Very cute card Kristie! I am loving watercoloring too although I must confess that I haven't done much. lol But what I have done I have loved. I will be making cards for OWH tomorrow with 16 other ladies and I will be doing many "missing you" cards too. Hugs Brenda
Such a really cute. Love the style change for you! Something fun and different! TFS!
Kristie, This is very sweet! Love how the black pops against all those pretty pinks. Thanks so much for joining our sketch challenge at Operation Write Home and for all you do for OWH. 🙂
