Today my younger sister has her final chemo treatment for breast cancer. She is amazing and has been such a strong fighter through-out this long battle. I made this card for her to let her know I’m always thinking of her. I used a fun Flip-it die cut and kept the card nice and flat for mailing. (Since some of the thicker cards I have mailed never arrived.)
paper – Me & My Big Ideas
Flip-it die cut – Sizzix by Stephanie Barnard
ribbon die cuts – Paper Smooches
sentiment – Paper Smooches
heart die cuts – Paper Smooches
ink – Memento
Thanks for visiting my blog today!
This is a beautiful card Kristie! I know your sister will love and cherish it too. I am glad that she has finally come to the end of her journey and I pray that she stays cancer free! My husband is battling colon cancer, he is not curable, but we pray that technology will have evolved enough to keep him a live for many more years. Hugs, Brenda
