Hello friends! I’m so happy autumn has arrived. It’s my favorite season and favorite type of card to make. The colors and designs are always so pretty! I decided to use Honey Bee Stamps Halloween Harvest 6×6 paper pad. It’s included in their Autumn Splendor release. This collection is so fun since it’s a mix of Halloween and Autumn papers. I know many people don’t make Halloween cards at all. This collection is perfect since you can just use the opposite side of the Halloween pattern paper which has a pretty autumn design.

I used my 6×6 Paper Pad Tutorial and one paper pad to make 33 cards.

Here is the cardstock I pulled before starting on the 6×6 paper pad. I always pull out way more cardstock than I ever use. I list the brands and colors if I have the information. Some of my cardstock has been in my craft room for many, many years.

In addition to using the 6×6 paper pad, I also used 20 sheets of  8 1/2″ x 11″ and 4 sheets of  12″ x 12″ solid colored cardstock.

Black – Recollections

Here are close up pictures of the cards I made, including sketches and measurements. All my cards are A2 size. For sketches that don’t include measurements, I simply figure the measurements out on my own, for what works for me. Go HERE to see my video explaining how I determine card sketch measurements. All cards are made using Honey Bee Stamps Halloween Harvest 6×6 paper pad.

  • Beautiful cards, Kristie. I can see why you enjoy the fall season. There are lots of beautiful patterns and colors along with the fun Halloween theme. Great job showcasing the papers and products.

  • WOW! What an amazing paper pad. Very clever to have halloween on one side and autumn on the other. I LOVE both the peachy/yellow paper and the “skeleton leaves” on the dark background. My favorite card was OWH 192 with the ombre purple florals, the ones with the peachy/yellow paper and the OWH (154?) to use ups the purple scraps. All the stamps were lovely–I can’t get over the orange leaf with the veins. And that sunflower die!!! You just made my wish list much longer!!! Thank you!

    • I think it was a brilliant idea to have Halloween and Autumn on opposite sides of the paper. There are a lot of crafters that don’t make Halloween cards, but love making fall cards. I really enjoyed the collection, but I always like Honey Bee Stamps papers and products. And now they have a new release coming out this evening. Ugh! I have no will power and will probably buy stuff. Lol!
