Hello friends! I’ve been so busy with kit and 6×6 videos lately that I haven’t really made a card just to make a card.

It’s always a good idea to have some Thank You cards handy, especially after the holidays. I’ve been wanting to try this MFT sketch, but didn’t have an idea for it until recently. I thought replacing the small rectangle boxes with sentiment die cuts would be a fun twist on the sketch. And with all the gloomy and rainy weather in Western Washington lately, some pretty flowers adds some nice cheerfulness.

Sketch – MFT #412

Paper – Queen & Company – Flirty Florals collection

Sentiment and image dies – Queen & Company

Glitter paper – Queen & Company

Bling – Queen & Company

  • What a great interpretation of the sketch. It's been non-stop rain on the East Coast as well, so it's really nice to see some cute, cheerful flowers (love them!!). Happy holidays to you and yours, and a very happy and hopeful new year!

  • This is beautiful, Kristie. So cheery! I like your sketch variation. Wish your rain could move just a bit farther east so you could dry out and we could get some much needed moisture. Ah well, Mother Nature is a fickle one! Hope you are enjoying some fabulous family time! Hugs!

  • Thank you, Jennifer! At least it's just rain verses tons of snow. But I am ready for some sunshine. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

  • Thank you, Jeanne. The rain never seems to go where it's really needed, does it? But what can you do? I hope you and your family have a joyful Christmas!
