Hello friends! I know it’s been about 2 months since my last 6×6 video. Summer is always a challenging time to work on videos since my kids are home. And recently, my family enjoyed a week vacation in Hawaii. We all had so much fun and really needed the break. But I figured now was time to get started on a new 6×6 video. I just love making fall cards, so I chose Echo Park’s My Favorite Fall collection.
I also purchased the coordinating ephemera and embossing folder. I love all the sentiments and images included in the ephemera pack. In fact, I didn’t use any stamp sets this time. I just stuck with the ephemera and cut aparts included in the paper pad.
I used my 6×6 Paper Pad Tutorial and one paper pad to make 28 cards.
Because it takes many hours to turn a 6×6 paper pad into cards, this video has been sped up 6 times. The real time recording was around 5 hours, not including any of my planning, prep, or die cutting time. Watch the video below or click HERE to see it on YouTube.
In addition to using the 6×6 paper pad, I also used 3 sheets of 8 1/2″ x 11″ and 10 sheets of 12″ x 12″ solid colored cardstock.
Cardstock colors –
Shazam – Coredinations
Peanut Fudge – Bazzill
All other colors – unknown
Specialty cardstock by Tonic Studios
Luxury Embossed Golden Leaves
Mirror Card Copper Mine
Luxury Embossed Cinnamon Silk
Here are close up pictures of the cards I made, including sketches and measurements. For sketches that don’t include measurements, I simply figure the measurements out on my own, for what works for me. All of my cards are A2 size. Go HERE to see my video explaining how I determine card sketch measurements. All cards are made using Echo Park’s My Favorite Fall 6×6 paper pad.

Great cards Kristie – love to see your magic with 6×6 paper pads.
Oh yes! A new set of cards using some really lovely paper! I'm glad you took some time for your family. I really enjoy your videos and these cards are just so pretty. I can't wait to see them come to life!
Have a wonderful weekend, my friend!
I LOVE that embossing folder on that specialty paper–so pretty!! My favs this time are the ones made from OWH 258–perfect for the ephemeral, and those critters are so cute! So glad you had a good vacation before school starts up! TFS!!
Love your work girlfriend! Is there anyplace else to order the peel off stickers other than Lizi from the UK? The S&H is outrageous! LOL That is such a nice finishing touch to your cards.
Thank you, Sherry! 🙂
Thank you, NannaT. Using 6×6 paper pads is still my favorite way to make cards. I'm almost finished with another 6×6 paper pad. 🙂
Thank you, Jeanne! You know it's hard for me to resist lovely fall papers. 🙂 Summer has been lovely, but tomorrow is the first day back to school. My girl is ready. She loves school. 🙂
Thank you, Jennifer! We ended up doing a later vacation just to work around my husband's work schedule. But it was so nice to have the week together as a family. 🙂
Thank you, Debra! I appreciate your kindness. The peel off stickers are currently only available from Lizi's website. I know international shipping fees are never fun. Every once in awhile Lizi runs a free shipping sale on just peel offs. I will always share that info on either my YouTube channel, Facebook, or Instagram. Her last sale was just last month, so I'm not sure when the next one will be.
Thanks for the update Kristie. I will look forward to seeing that post and more of your 6×6 paper pad videos. God Bless.
