Welcome to Part Three of my Christmas in July 6×6 Series. I’m using the Here Comes Santa Claus collection from Doodlebug Design and my 6×6 Paper Pad Tutorial to make Christmas cards.
I recorded the entire disappearing 6×6 process and also created separate videos for each sketch used. At the end of the 6×6 series, I will post the sped up version of the entire tutorial.
I’m using a sketch from Reverse Confetti. I really like the circle elements and 3 long strips in the background. Since I want to highlight some of the darling and fun designs in this paper pad, I chose tone on tone patterns for the background strips. Then I used the larger circle element to highlight the busier pattern papers.
I made a total of 4 cards using this sketch.
Sketch – Reverse Confetti #49
Stamp – Lawn Fawn
Circle die cuts – Spellbinders
Embossing folder – Cuttlebug
Ink – Lawn Fawn
Thanks for visiting my blog today!

Hi Kristie
Fabulous cards. I really love the one with the little cars on and the sketch is a really useful one for some smaller pieces. Looking forward to part four.
Take care

What a cute take on this sketch! That first card could easily be used as a Valentine's day card (especially with red layering). I am really going to enjoy this sketch for X-mas–those circle elements remind me of ornaments.
Thank you, Tracey! There are so many cute designs in this paper pad, I was trying to make sure to use all of them.
Thank you, Jennifer! It was a lot of pressure using the sketch for the very first time on video. But I love how the cards turned out. Ornaments would be fun as the circle elements!
You absolutely rose to the challenge! And you know there no pressure from your followers. Everything turned out so well.
Thank you, Jennifer! I have the kindest followers. 🙂
