Hello friends! As we head into the final month of summer, I figured it would be a good time to make Halloween cards. I only use cute Halloween products, so Doodlebug Design’s collections are always my first choice. They released their adorable Monster Madness collection last year. But it was a bit too late for me to use so I saved it for this year.
Doodlebug’s newest Halloween collection is called Sweet & Spooky. It will be available in September.
Here is the cardstock I pulled before starting on the 6×6 paper pad. I always pull out way more cardstock than I ever use. I list the brands and colors if I have the information. Some of my cardstock has been in my craft room for many, many years.
In addition to using the 6×6 paper pad, I also used 15 sheets of  8 1/2″ x 11″ and 1 sheet of  12″ x 12″ solid colored cardstock.
I will admit, I didn’t use 2 full sheets of the 6×6 paper pad. Doodlebug has been including a sheet of mini tags for the past several years. The tags are very cute, but super tiny. Only 1″x2″ in size. In the past, I will try to use a few of the tags. But since I purchased the collection in the 12×12 size as well, I was able to use the larger size of the cute tags.
Here are close up pictures of the cards I made, including sketches and measurements. All my cards are American standard A2 size. For sketches that don’t include measurements, I simply figure the measurements out on my own, for what works for me. Go HERE to see my video explaining how I determine card sketch measurements. All cards are made using Doodlebug’s Monster Madness 6×6 paper pad and a few 12×12 sheets from the collection.

Super duper cute Halloween cards, Kristie. Who knew monsters could be adorable. Doodlebug, that’s who! Thanks for sharing these Halloween delights. 🙂
Doodlebug–always a great choice for cuteness!! I love all the cards! I love all the adorable ephemera and stickers. Do you have more paper to use for the extra ephemera or does Penny get a Halloween bonanza? 🙂 Hope your finger heals soon. I can’t believe you made it through this whole video without hurting it. I am sure I would have bumped into something! TFS
