Hello friends! For my first 6×6 paper pad video of the year, I pulled out Doodlebug Design’s Pretty Kitty collection. I’ve had it for a few years so it was time to turn it into a set of cards. Along with the paper pad, I also used the coordinating ephemera, plus some doodle-pops and shape sprinkles. If you are a cat fan, you will love this cute collection. Many of the cards will be given to local retirement home residents and others I’ll send to Cards for Kindness.

Or, go HERE to watch my video on Rumble. (FYI – Video quality for a long video like this is better on YouTube.)
Here is the cardstock I pulled before starting on the 6×6 paper pad. I always pull out way more cardstock than I ever use. I list the brands and colors if I have the information. Some of my cardstock has been in my craft room for many, many years.
In addition to using the 6×6 paper pad, I also used 6 sheets of 8 1/2″ x 11″ and 8 sheets of 12″ x 12″ solid colored cardstock.
I did not use the 2 sheets with mini tag cut apart images. The new 6×8 size paper pads from Doodlebug do not include the mini tags anymore and instead have larger cut aparts that are perfect for cards.
Here are close up pictures of the cards I made, including sketches and measurements. All my cards are American standard A2 size. For sketches that don’t include measurements, I simply figure the measurements out on my own, for what works for me. Go HERE to see my video explaining how I determine card sketch measurements. All cards are made using Doodlebug Design’s Pretty Kitty 6×6 paper pad.
FYI – I won’t be linking directly to the sketch sites anymore. Over the years, many have closed their blogs/websites and now the links don’t work. I will continue to include a picture of the sketch and list the source and number.
