Hello friends! Even though I have more than enough Halloween cards for this year, and maybe next year, I still couldn’t resist using Doodlebug Design’s new Hey Pumpkin collection. They always have the cutest Halloween collections. Nothing scary or spooky. I will be giving the cards to the residents at a nearby retirement home after I add a handwritten message on the inside of the cards. I think the cute images will make the residents smile.
I used the 6×6 paper pad along with a few sheets of 12×12 papers from the collection. Plus, I used the coordinating ephemera, puffy stickers and some shape sprinkles. I did zero stamping and zero die cutting this time. I think that is a first for me since I usually include a few circle or oval die cuts.
I used my 6×6 Paper Pad Tutorial and one paper pad to make 29 Halloween cards.
Here is the cardstock I pulled before starting on the 6×6 paper pad. I always pull out way more cardstock than I ever use. I list the brands and colors if I have the information. Some of my cardstock has been in my craft room for many, many years.
In addition to using the 6×6 paper pad, I also used 11 sheets of 8 1/2″ x 11″ and 1 sheet of 12″ x 12″ solid colored cardstock.

I very rarely use the tiny tag sheets that are included in Doodlebug’s 6×6 paper pads. If I want the cute designs, I will purchase the individual 12×12 sheet. I just find the mini tags a bit too small.
Here are close up pictures of the cards I made, including sketches and measurements. All my cards are American standard A2 size. For sketches that don’t include measurements, I simply figure the measurements out on my own, for what works for me. Go HERE to see my video explaining how I determine card sketch measurements.
