Hello friends and welcome to the first Cards in Envy challenge for September. The theme is FRUITS of your Labor. We want to see cards featuring any type of fruit.
It’s back to school week for my kiddos, so I decided to make a fun school themed card. I used an older Doodlebug collection for the background paper and a sweet school stamp set from Pretty Pink Posh.

Awww, this is adorable, Kristie. Looks like she is ready for school and all the fun of the start of a new year. Great use of the sketch, too. I like the apples on the DB paper. What a fun back to school card. Hope your kids have a great first day this week! 🙂
Such a cute card! I LOVE the stack of books and the apple and backpack outside the cute image in the main circle. I am totally using this sketch! TFS!!
Thank you, Jeanne! I colored the image to look like my daughter since she is eager for school to start. 🙂
Thank you, Jennifer! It's a fun sketch and I'll probably be using it again from time to time. 🙂
