Hello and welcome to the second card challenge of December for Cards in Envy. The theme is Framed with Circles. We want to see one or more circle frames on your card.
I used a stencil and ink for the background paper. Then I added the circle die cut and a fun crafty sentiment. It was a fun card to create, even if I didn’t include any pattern papers.
Sketch – Freshly Made Sketches #307
Sentiment stamp – Altenew
Stencil – The Crafters Workshop
Ink – Reverse Confetti
Scallop circle die cut – My Favorite Things
Circle die – Spellbinders
Bling – Recollections
Be sure to check out the rest of the Cards in Envy design team’s cards. I’d love for you to play along with our card challenge. Just remember to keep your card fairly flat so it fits nicely in an envelope.
Thanks for visiting my blog today!

Lovely card, Kristie. I like the stenciling and how it fades as you move away from the center portion. The sentiment is sweet! It's nice to create using products that are different from what we normally use. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
Thank you, Jeanne! As much as I love using 6×6 paper pads, it's always fun to do something a bit different once in awhile.
I love that stencil look behind the circle. So soft and who doesn't love pink? It's my fave color!!
Hi Kristie! I agree that the stencil background rocks! Just wanted to wish you a very Merry Christmas.
Thank you, Sherri! You can't ever go wrong using pink. 🙂
Thank you, Donna! I love using stencils, but tend to forget about them and turn to patterned paper instead. I hope you had a nice Christmas.
