Hello friends and welcome to another card challenge for Cards in Envy. With autumn just around the corner, it seems like the perfect time for a Feels like Fall card theme. I’ve never been a fan of the hot temperatures in the summertime. So I’m always excited when fall comes around again.
I used an older autumn paper collection from Doodlebug Design and a lovely tree stamp from MFT to make my card. To make the leaves different colors, I used an ombre ink pad from Hero Arts.
Sketch – Operation Write Home #161
Paper – Doodlebug – Happy Harvest collection
Image stamp – MFT
Sentiment stamp – Lawn Fawn
Oval dies – Spellbinders
Leaf die – Lawn Fawn
Ink – Hero Arts and Reverse Confetti

So pretty, Kristie. The tree is beautiful. I really like the ombre on the tree. The papers you chose look great with the sketch, too. Lovely card all around. Fall is a beautiful time of year. I'm sure you will enjoy every second of it. 🙂
so pretty! So Fall 🙂
Great card–love the sketch interpretation, especially how the leaf "bling" coordinates with the accent paper strip!
Love this card. Thanks for the sketch, too.
Thank you, Jeanne! Autumn is always a lovely time of year. Even if it rains a lot here in Washington state. 🙂
Thank you, Sherry! 🙂
Thank you, Jennifer! It was fun using the leaves as the bling. 🙂
