Hello friends! Most of my followers know that I’m a big fan of sharing my cards with others. I make a lot of cards every year and I do not need to keep them for myself so I share them with others. Most of my cards head to a local retirement home as happy mail for the residents. They don’t always get mail or visitors, so I want to give them a little something to brighten their day. I will add a handwritten message inside every card.
I’m always happy to find crafty products that work perfectly for donation cards. Scrapbook.com just released a stamp set called Sunshine. It’s part of their Cards for Kindness line. I love the variety of sentiments and cheerful images! I made 2 sunshiny cards using the new stamp set, plus a variety of other Scrapbook.com products.
For a limited time, the new Creative Kindness Sunshine stamp is FREE!!!
My first card features patterned paper from the Sunkissed collection. I added a gold mirror Sunburst die cut and the stamped sentiment. Since it’s still summer, I also included a couple shell die cut images.

The patterned paper for my second card is from Scrapbook.com Berry Sweet collection. I added some extra detail with the Flutter stencil and Black Lustre Brush Marker splatter. I cut out the background piece using a stitched rectangle die from Paper Rose Studio and layered it on some sparkly silver holographic paper.
I layered 2 of the sentiment words from the Sunshine stamp set and added some pretty twinkle stars.

Great cards Kristie.
I just wish that there were more places to donate cards to in Australia. I love making cards but get overwhelmed by them sometimes as I have nowhere to donate them too.
Love the inspiration though.
Beautiful idea with beautiful cards to donate. Thank you for sharing this and for all you do to help people feel happy and appreciated.
