I was recently given Basic Grey’s Bowties 6×6 paper pad as sort of a challenge to use it up doing my tutorial. The fellow OWHer told me it was the weirdest paper ever. She was right about that. The paper pad has cars, tools, bugs, rocket ships, yet no bowties, even though the name of the paper collection is Bowties. I am really not a fan of Basic Grey paper, but it worked perfectly for making a bunch of masculine cards to donate to Operation Write Home. This 6×6 paper pad had 36 single sided sheets in it. I really prefer the double sided 24 sheet ones. But, I took on the challenge and made a total of 45 cards with it.

Great job on the challenge!
Inspiring! I bought this pad thinking I would make masculine cards and you've given me some great inspiration! Good work!
Good job. I agree, Basic Grey has some strange papers. But they are my kind of strange! I actually like them even though they can be challenging.
You totally rocked using that odd pad of paper. What a great set of much needed masculine cards!
Add paper for sure, but wow, what an awesome job you did using it to make amazing masculine cards! Hugs, Brenda
I love it when you show us your cards from a paper pad. It gets my creative mojo going to complete one for myself. Sharon
Kristie.. Wow, you rocked it with that paper pad. I agree about the BG pads, no fan here either. I am going to use your tutorial to make some cards today. We are homebound thanks to all the snow on the ground and that which is still falling. ~ Pam
