A question that I am asked often, is how do I figure out the measurements from a card sketch that doesn’t already include measurements. And though, I really do just eye ball them, I thought I’d make a video showing how I do it. Just remember, sketches are just a starting point. It’s okay to alter the sketch to work for your own card.

Kristie, your cards are so beautiful and your methods have given me vision and ideas to work with. What weight card base are you using for your cards? I plan to use the new doodlebug pad and make cards for the grandkids. Thanks for sharing
Thank you, Monie! I'm glad I can provide some inspiration for you. My card bases are 100# cover weight. I use Accent Opaque Digital paper. Doodlebug papers are always fun to use. I'm sure your grandkids will love the cards you make for them. 🙂
